Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones professionally, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, entering data into CRM systems with 100% accuracy.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order necessary office supplies to ensure operations continue without interruption.
- Administrative Support: Assist with word processing, creating presentations, and preparing documents for distribution.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
