Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, handling inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, and update databases.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and preparing status reports.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grammar.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
