Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and taking accurate messages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and scanning.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure office operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
