- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and handle filing systems efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office clerk, or in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Reliable transportation is required.
