Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and newsletters.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including package deliveries and courier services.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate digital filing systems for the entire department.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure project momentum.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
