Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Perform basic data entry and clerical tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
