Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials for executive briefings.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
