Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and inventory data into our core database systems with a high degree of precision and speed.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of critical records.
- Assist with light inventory management, supply ordering, and stock organization for the weekend shift.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports, memos, and correspondence as requested by management.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative projects, event coordination, and data verification.
- Greet visitors and ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar office role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM required).
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data quickly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
