Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, update databases, and prepare monthly reports.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the company calendar, coordinate internal meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Office Operations: Oversee inventory for office supplies, manage mail distribution, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries via email and in-person with a focus on resolving issues quickly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and occasional holidays.
