Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and newsletters.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation under supervision.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
