Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Perform data entry, file management, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparing meeting materials.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
