Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives with precision.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Process daily invoices, expense reports, and data entry tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, onboarding, and office logistics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
