We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. This is an immediate hire opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule while contributing to a dynamic office environment.
As part of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting executive leadership, and maintaining high standards of organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, memos, and presentations.
- Coordinate office events and manage meeting logistics, including room setup and refreshments.
- Assist with data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Process invoices and assist with expense reporting as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a part-time schedule.
