Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Assist with office supply inventory and maintaining a clean reception area.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
