- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and data entry.
- Prepare meeting materials and take detailed minutes during executive sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
