- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Greet visitors and provide general information about the company to ensure a professional reception.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to keep the workspace well-equipped.
- Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional business certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
