Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting all visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries with accuracy.
- Manage and update the company calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Maintain the reception area, lobby, and common areas to ensure a pristine and professional environment.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing meeting documents.
- Act as a liaison between departments, communicating messages and instructions clearly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional appearance and a customer-service-first attitude.
