- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Prepare, compose, and distribute internal correspondence and reports.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing executive calendars.
- Generate basic presentations and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
