Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for weekend operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
- Handle incoming communications professionally, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence for Charlotte and Virginia offices
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes to ensure operational continuity
- Support HR functions including onboarding coordination and employee record maintenance
- Coordinate cross-office projects between Charlotte and Virginia locations
- Execute data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred in business administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Virginia office (1-2 times per month)
