Responsibilities
- Manage office communications including phone calls, emails, and visitor reception
- Coordinate weekend schedules and maintain department calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage digital filing systems
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support office supply inventory management and procurement
- Coordinate meeting logistics and setup for weekend activities
- Provide backup coverage for essential administrative functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
