Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the company mailroom, sorting and distributing incoming packages and correspondence.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining the office calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Process incoming invoices and handle basic cash handling tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
