- Oversee office inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences for executive leadership
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
