Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, calls, and physical mail with precision
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange logistics for meetings
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring organized record-keeping
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Procure and inventory office supplies while managing vendor relationships
- Support event coordination and meeting preparation including materials and setup
- Act as primary liaison for visitors providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
