Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for both weekly and monthly records.
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating client databases and preparing weekly reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders visiting the office during weekend hours.
- Handle light bookkeeping duties, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a weekend capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
