Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming calls promptly, manage a multi-line phone system, and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with courier services and delivery personnel for package handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time hours.
