Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with zero errors.
- Manage daily correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements.
- Reconcile expense reports and assist with payroll processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel formulas, Outlook, Word).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
