Your Role:
As our Weekend Administrative Assistant, you will be the face of our operations on weekends. You will handle a variety of tasks, from managing communications to organizing physical and digital files, ensuring our office is a model of efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence during weekend hours.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentation slides for weekend executive briefings.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory for the weekend operations.
- Assist with light bookkeeping, expense reporting, and payroll processing.
- Monitor office security and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
