Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Communication Hub: Screen and route incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and escalating urgent matters appropriately.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company meetings, conferences, and team-building events, handling logistics and vendor communications.
- Administrative Support: Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and assist with general office management duties.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a professional corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Education: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
