Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones and routing inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly departmental budgets and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in office equipment, including scanners, printers, and multi-line phone systems.
