- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Coordination: Oversee office supply inventory, arrange for facility maintenance, and coordinate team-building events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and personnel files.
- Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks and generate basic reports for management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
