- Manage incoming communications and direct weekend inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Schedule meetings and appointments for executive team members
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support event coordination for weekend client engagements
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience handling confidential information
- Available to work Saturdays 8am-4pm and Sundays 10am-6pm
