Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate weekend schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend visitors and callers
- Assist with event preparation and office logistics
- Support month-end reporting and data entry tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-5pm)
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
