As a Weekend Administrative Assistant, you will be the face of our operations during our busy weekend hours. You will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency, managing incoming communications, and ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend meetings and manage the conference room calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Provide general administrative support to department heads as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong focus on time management.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.
