Responsibilities
- General Office Management: Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and manage the front desk reception area professionally.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including data entry and database updates.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership.
- Communication Support: Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and internal communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and assist in ordering necessary materials to keep operations running smoothly.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients and internal team members, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior administrative experience required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
