Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route all incoming calls
- Greet and assist all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate office calendar, meeting room bookings, and executive schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain organized reception area with professional standards
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and filing

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
