Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Coordinate office scheduling, calendar management, and meeting room logistics
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding and employee inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain office security protocols and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance and courteous phone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable
