Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional etiquette
- Greeter and first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics
- Maintain organized reception area and office supplies
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Punctual with reliable transportation
