As a key member of our office support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and providing top-tier support to our management team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications with a professional and courteous tone, screening calls and directing inquiries.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and perform high-volume data entry with strict attention to detail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory; coordinate facility upkeep.
- Assist with general clerical duties, filing, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy office.
