Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members, with specific coordination for both Georgia and Omaha time zones.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, update databases, and perform accurate data entry tasks to support business intelligence.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, for regional and out-of-state business trips.
- Office Operations: Assist with inventory management, supply orders, and general office upkeep to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
