Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call routing, mail handling, and visitor greeting
- Coordinate office calendar and schedule management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and manage inventory of office supplies
- Assist with onboarding process including new employee paperwork and equipment setup
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
- Support administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expense reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site errands)
