Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate executive calendars and arrange complex meeting logistics
- Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service experiences
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with digital filing systems and document management

Qualifications
