Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Accurately enter and maintain client data in CRM systems with zero error tolerance
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule appointments for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain filing systems
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like report generation and document formatting
- Handle confidential information following HIPAA/GDPR protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience with data entry proficiency
- Expert typing speed (60+ WPM) with 98% accuracy in alphanumeric entry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Associate degree in Office Administration or equivalent certification
