Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and events
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Compose and edit professional correspondence and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support HR functions onboarding and training coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for client communications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
