Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and route communications to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service experiences
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and office management systems
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings for leadership team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed by department heads
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour accuracy
