Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting clients, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office equipment reservations
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges as required
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and file management
- Assist with basic office supply inventory and ordering
- Support event coordination for weekend office activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
