- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for department teams
- Assist with report generation and document management using MS Office Suite
- Collaborate with accounting department for invoice processing and record updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software
