Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform accurate data entry of client information and daily transactions
- Greet visitors professionally and coordinate meeting schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and formatting

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
