Responsibilities
- Maintain and update critical databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions and documentation within SLAs
- Generate weekly/monthly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling
- Manage digital filing systems with version control protocols
- Support accounts payable/receivable reconciliation processes
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel required)
- Proven ability to process 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
