- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings for executive team
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders using QuickBooks
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire paperwork and equipment setup
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict data security protocols
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment logistics and candidate communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience in corporate or professional services
- Proven data entry expertise with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Associate degree or equivalent certification in office administration
