Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in company databases and CRM systems
- Process and digitize confidential documents with strict attention to detail
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire paperwork and system access

Qualifications
